| This design is a version of the old "mom & pop" where the merchant lives above the store. We purposefully designed this structure to look old to befit the existing neighborhood where bungalows are the prevailing style. We are happy to report that customers often have discussions as to whether it is an older remodeled structure or built new. |

To create a
"magical" ambience, and to welcome locals in on their way to their next
adventure, we created an environment of casual comfort. Get a warm liquid concoction and a
fresh baked good, sit by the fireplace, or on the sunny front porch, visit with friends, a
business meeting, this is a place to be seen yet it is as comfortable as your own home.
